How can Miss USA loose her Crown for making comments?

That is just a cop out. She didn't conform her duty (appearances, etc). If she lost her authorize because making those comments, she wouldn't enjoy gotten it in the first place, also when racy photos of her came out, she wouldn't have inspire a second chance.

Her comments were made BEFORE she was crowned.
